The work horse of the sled dogs, --- - - "Proportions reflect a basic balance of power, speed and endurance, never appearing so heavy or so coarse as to suggest a freighting animal, nor so light and fragile as to suggest a sprint-racing animal..............Characteristics - Medium size, moderate bone, well balanced proportions, ease and freedom of movement and good disposition." -- (taken from the standard.) His foxy head is topped with short well-haired, erect ears. When alert the tail is carried over the back in a loose curl. Eyes can be any shade of blue or brown, one of each or particoloured. The coat is double and of medium length.
Colours are all, including white.
