A large muscular strongly built dog with clean lines. This German breed has nothing to do with Denmark! Beautiful chiselled head tops an elegent and well proportioned body. The coat is thin, straight and smooth and in UK the ears are never cropped.
Colour are brindle, fawn, blue, black and harlequin (white with irregular black or blue markings).
