A multi-purpose hunt-point-retrieve gundog from Germany. Medium sized, short coupled, tail docking optional. This is a courageous cheerful character who has a steady 'point', also guards. The Coat is smooth on the head, long and dense on the body and feathering.
Colours are head solid black with or without a white blaze, snip or star. Body white or blue roan with black patches, flecked or ticked or both.
