A pointer retriever with a great nose, very intelligent and extremely active. This is a medium sized dog with clean outline and a muscular build, His speed, stamina and keeness take some handling. The coat is coarse, short and easily kept. The tail is still docked for showing.
Colours are solid liver, liver and white spotted, liver and white ticked, solid black or black and white. Tricolour is not allowed.
